This magnificent pure black 2005 Andalusian stallion has recently been imported from the famous dressage producing Yeguada Maipe in Spain. He is revised and has been color tested as a homozygous black (EEaa). With much to offer as a breeding stallion, Costalero XV is over 16.1hh and has excellent Spanish conformation, breathtaking straight movement and lots of bone! To add to these superb qualities, he has a very kind and gentle temperament. The pedigree of Costalero XV pays homage to the dedication of the Carthusian horse breeders dating back to the 1400s. Specific characteristics such as beautiful, correct conformation, incredible movement and a gentle temperament have been bred into (and kept within) the breed.
